School Holiday Programme

In consideration of being permitted in exercise or other activities and the undersigned participants do agree that Te Ara Pae Trust and other entities involved in this activity, shall not be liable for injury or death due to the undersigned, or any loss due to theft of or damage to their property or for any other consequential incidental damages caused in a manner whatsoever where such liability is attributable to the absence of ordinary or even slight care by Te Ara Pae Trust, in the conduct of this activity.This release, assumption of risk, and waiver shall be construed under the laws of New Zealand. Signature below verifies that the undersigned and read and fully understands the foregoing and further certifies that the information provided in the registration form is true.The Parent/Guardian hereby grants permission for Te Ara Pae Staff to take and use photos of participants.
